Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is defective or damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing fault exists

Return Period

  • Request within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/engraved jewelry

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Altered/resized products

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunded via original payment method only

  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable

Chargebacks
